This kit includes the following top quality components. This year kit is designed for T1 Beetle & T3 Ghia (Not Razor Edge, T34).

2x Air & Oil Shocks custom length and fitment for Ball Joint STD or Limebug Beam (See Options) - 2x Titan Through Rods, (Several widths available). 2x Air Shock Fittings to 1/4" Line - 1x Shrader Valve - For manual pumping or small compressor systems - 2x Upper Stud Bushings and Cups - 1x Spool Air Line 1/4" - 4x Grease Seal Set - For Trailing Arms - 4x Ball Joints (Long Travel, 2x Upper, 2x Lower). Available for stock beams Eye-Stud Fitment as well as Limebug Titan beams. If you are running our Jawbreaker beams please let us know and we can replace the eye-stud air shocks with a set of eyelet-eyelet air shocks. We do Reccomend our Jawbreaker beams with eyelet-eyelet air shocks. With these shock they have the air tap on the upper half of the body which is far safer than lower down the beam.

Our recommendation is to convert to one of these beams if you intend to run air ride on your Ball Joint model VW. What is the difference between your two beam options? Simply put or Standard Titan Beams allow you to lower the vehicle to a safe height without "grounding out", we set the shock towers to insure this based on tower position and air shock stroke length. Our JawBreaker beams allow for absolute "grounding out" with the correct rear setup. The shock towers are also strengthen for the extra weight that they will be carrying once you remove the leaves.

This is only recommended by us to be used with our air management system with ride control to insure safety and looks. Kit includes everything required to convert a Ball Joint Front Beam from torsion bar setup to through rod and air shocks. This kit is assembled and manufactured in the UK using only premium quality parts. If fitting to an original genuine VW beam, some clearancing for the air shocks may be require to stop fouling or rubbing though the air sleeve over time. Any questions, feel free to ask.
